Mission Call Testimony – Stephen Sickel

The Church of the Nazarene is praying for a new generation of missionaries to share the good news of scriptural holiness, and God is answering that prayer. More than 500 young people have already been sent through The Cause. As they explore cross-cultural missions, they are learning about themselves and about the church around the world.  

In many cases, they are also leading people to faith in Christ, witnessing baptisms, and planting churches! 

God is moving in beautiful ways, but he isn’t finished. Perhaps he will call someone in your local church. Perhaps he will call you. If he does, will you be able to recognize the call? 

  NMI is pleased to introduce a video series on the missionary call and the missionary journey. Over the next several months, NMI Central will feature a special video at least twice a month. 

In this week’s video, Nazarene Missionary Stephen Sickel shares about his calling. Because he didn’t feel called to be a pastor, he says, “I was confused. I didn’t know the way to go about it.”
